Activities WCL since January 2005

Since January 2005, the former key functions of WCL WilConLog are performed by adi Consult GmbH (www.adiconsult.com), based on the merger and the expanded role of the owner of WCL WilConLog.

WCL WilConLog continues to act as partner of New Logistics GmbH, Kiel (www.new-logistics.biz), to support the development of the innovative Futura Carrier concept. The first ship ("RMS Kiel") will be available as of January 2007.

This first ship will be deployed in the trade between Duisburg (Germany) and UK ports. In future, the Futura Carrier ships will be positioned as Feeder vessels. The utilization of this new Futura Carrier ship will be much more cost effective compared to conventional Feeder vessels.

Additionally WCL WilConLog continues to be involved in a selected number of projects.
